What to do in London on Christmas Day? Ideas for December 25!
Christmas Day in London (December 25): what’s open, how to get around, where to eat, and the best things to do – practical tips and ideas.
A trip to England or anywhere in the UK has a lot to offer. Whether you visit London to enjoy the dynamism of a big city or explore wild regions like Cornwall, there is something for everyone.
I mainly discovered the UK by having a long-term relationship with an Englishman. I had been to England before, but this allowed me to immerse myself in the English culture and destination beyond measure.
First of all, I learned to appreciate the bustling life of London. Visiting London means discovering a city where one is never bored, where one can spend the morning in a centuries-old monument, the afternoon in a park, and the evening in front of a musical, before finishing the night in a trendy bar in Brixton, Shoreditch or Soho. It’s a city where everyone can truly find something to do, whatever their personality and taste!
Then, I also learned to venture out of London and explore other cities to discover another facet of the UK. We discover a real diversity of landscapes, magnificent nature, a history as eventful and exciting as the one in France, and different traditions that arouse our curiosity.
I mainly talk about the England on the blog, but also about Ireland!
Through this section, I hope to show you that the country is not just gray and that you can do a lot of activities there, even when the weather is gloomy. I also hope to introduce you to the United Kingdom that I love through many pictures and practical information!
